Nui te Kōrero 2025 Speaker Registration

We’re excited that you will be presenting at the 15th Creative New Zealand arts leadership conference, Nui te Kōrero, taking place in Tauranga Moana, 8 - 10 September 2025.

In recognition of your contribution to Nui te Kōrero you receive a complimentary registration.

If you live outside of Tauranga Moana, we can provide travel and accommodation.  All travel, accommodation and transfer bookings will be made for you by our Professional Conference Organiser, Composition, taking into account any preferences you have.

Day catering at the event will be provided.

Permissions

As a speaker at Nui te Kōrero, we ask for your permission to use content from your session in the following ways. Please review each statement and indicate your consent when completing the registration form.

Photography

I give permission for Creative New Zealand to take photos of me during the event and to use these images on its digital channels (including the Creative New Zealand website, Instagram, Facebook, X [formerly Twitter], Vimeo, and the Nui te Kōrero Facebook group) for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.


Livestreaming and Recording

I give permission for my session to be livestreamed or recorded by Creative New Zealand and for the recording to be shared on its digital channels for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.


Sharing Presentation Materials

I give permission for Creative New Zealand to share my presentation materials (such as PowerPoint slides or handouts) with attendees during or after the event. These will only be shared with my confirmation.


Use of Audio and Visual Content

I understand and agree that by speaking at Nui te Kōrero, Creative New Zealand may capture my image, voice, and presentation as part of the event documentation. This includes the use of any approved recordings, photos, or presentation content in Creative New Zealand’s communications.

NZ Sign Language interpretation will be provided for some of the programme.

Travel and accommodation

If you live outside of Tauranga Moana, we can provide travel and accommodation. Please provide us with as much detail as possible about your travel requirements, then one of our team will be in touch to assist you.

Hosted activities (optional)

The optional hosted activities are provided free of charge thanks to our partnership with Tauranga City Council, ngā Iwi o Tauranga Moana and The Incubator.

Please register your interest early so we can ensure we can support and host these events successfully.
There are limited spaces, so if you are unable to attend please let us know so we can give someone else the opportunity to attend.

Guided walking tour of Tauranga city centre’s cultural landmarks

Field trip hosted by ngā Iwi o Tauranga Moana (FULLY BOOKED)

Toi Ora: Art Village after dark networking function at the Incubator Creative Hub

Tuesday 9 September (5.30pm - 7.00pm)

The Incubator is a 15-minute drive from Mercury Baypark Arena. Note the Incubator and wider historic village complex are down a very steep hill, so for anyone with mobility impairments, driving would be the best option. Once you are at the historic village it’s flat.
Please arrive by 5.30pm. The event will finish at 7.00pm, however food outlets at the village will stay open until 10.30pm so you can stay on for dinner.
