We’re excited that you’re registering for the 15th Creative New Zealand arts leadership conference, Nui te Kōrero, taking place in Tauranga Moana, 8 - 10 September 2025.

Registration Fees & Payment

The registration fees for Nui te Kōrero 2025 are as follows:
 
Early bird – available until 5pm 11 August 2025
- Arts organisation - $170.00 + GST
- Individual freelance practitioner/artist - $70.00 + GST
 
Standard – available until 5pm 1 September 2025
- Arts organisation - $200.00 + GST
- Individual freelance practitioner/artist - $90.00 + GST
 
Conference registration includes attendance and catering at all sessions on 9 and 10 September, including the evening networking function.

A maximum of three registrations per organisation to ensure places are available for everyone. You are welcome to join our waiting list if you wish to bring more than three people, please email nuitekorero@composition.co.nz
 
You can pay for your registration with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or direct credit.
 
Please have your card details ready before you start, as your registration won’t be saved if you exit before payment.

Accessibility

      •              Companion ticket for a personal assistant or support worker
      •              Mobility parking
      •              Your service dog to attend the conference with you

NZ Sign Language interpretation will be provided for some of the programme.

More information on the accessibility of Nui te Kōrero will be provided on our website as the programme is confirmed.

 

 

Registration

Hosted activities (optional)

The optional hosted activities are provided free of charge thanks to our partnership with Tauranga City Council, ngā Iwi o Tauranga Moana and The Incubator.

Please register your interest early so we can ensure we can support and host these events successfully.
There are limited spaces, so if you are unable to attend please let us know so we can give someone else the opportunity to attend.

Welcome lunch in the heart of the city centre at the Cargo Shed

Guided walking tour of Tauranga city centre’s cultural landmarks

Monday 8 September (1.00pm – 1.30pm)

There is an accessible option available.

Field trip hosted by ngā Iwi o Tauranga Moana

Monday 8 September (2.00pm to 4.00pm)

Timings are approximate and to be confirmed.

Toi Ora: Art Village after dark networking function at the Incubator Creative Hub

Tuesday 9 September (5.30pm - 7.00pm)

The Incubator is a 15-minute drive from Mercury Baypark Arena. Note the Incubator and wider historic village complex are down a very steep hill, so for anyone with mobility impairments, driving would be the best option. Once you are at the historic village it’s flat.
Please arrive by 5.30pm. The event will finish at 7.00pm, however food outlets at the village will stay open until 10.30pm so you can stay on for dinner.
